Refund and Contract Withdrawal Policies
This document explains the conditions under which it is possible to withdraw from the contract, return goods, or request a refund. Our goal is to act transparently and in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
1. Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within the period specified by law. If you decide to cancel the order or not use the goods, you can inform us and request a refund.
This right does not apply in cases specified by legal regulations, especially for:

goods that were sealed for hygiene or health reasons and opened after delivery,
-
goods made or customized to measure,
-
goods that were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery,
-
products with a short shelf life or subject to rapid spoilage.
2. Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days and the period begins to run:

from the day of receipt of the goods,
-
for multiple items from the receipt of the last delivery,
-
for regular deliveries from the receipt of the first shipment.

3. Refund
After a valid withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the amount paid for the purchased products. If the goods have been handled beyond normal testing, the refunded amount may be reasonably reduced.
The refund will be made:

no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or
-
within 14 days of proof of sending the goods, whichever occurs first.
Payment will be refunded in the same way it was received, unless the parties agree otherwise.
4. Defective goods
If the goods are defective or do not correspond to the description, you have the right to make a complaint.
In such a case, we cover:
-
product price,
-
delivery costs,
-
reasonable costs associated with returning the goods.
Complaints are handled without undue delay, usually within 30 days of receiving the complained goods.
5. Conditions for returning goods
When withdrawing from the contract, it is necessary:
-
inform us about the withdrawal,
-
send the goods back no later than 14 days from notification,
-
ensure that the goods are unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet these conditions.

6. Return Costs

In case of a defect in the goods, we cover the return shipping costs.

When returning goods due to a change of mind, the customer bears the shipping costs.

If the nature of the goods does not allow for regular postal returns, the costs will not exceed the original shipping price.
7. Damage upon delivery
We recommend checking the shipment immediately upon receipt. If you find any damage or defect, contact us as soon as possible.
The consumer's statutory rights regarding liability for defects are not affected by these policies.
8. Return Recommendations

Include the order number or proof of purchase.

If possible, use the original packaging.

Handle the goods with due care until their return.

We recommend using tracked shipping; responsibility for the goods transfers to us only upon their receipt.
