Delivery conditions

This section describes the method of processing and delivering orders made through our website. The provided information serves to clearly explain the entire process.

1. Processing and dispatching orders

Orders are prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible. Typically, shipping occurs within a few working days from receiving the order.

2. Shipping cost

Current prices and available shipping options are always listed:

  • during the ordering process,

  • on the main page of the website,

  • in the customer support section.

3. Product availability and dispatch

Items marked as in stock are usually sent within 3 working days.
In rare cases, goods may sell out before dispatch. In such a situation, we will promptly contact the customer and offer a suitable solution.

4. Method of transport

Delivery is carried out by external transport companies. In some cases, they may require personal receipt of the package or a signature.

If delivery is not possible on the first attempt, the carrier usually leaves instructions for further steps or pickup.

5. Delivery address

The customer is obliged to provide a complete and correct delivery address. We recommend choosing an address where the package can be safely received during regular working hours.

If incorrect details are provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery. The customer bears responsibility for any complications arising from an incorrect address.

6. Estimated delivery time

The expected delivery date is provided by the transport company. The stated dates are approximate and may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control.

Questions about the delivery process can be directed directly to the carrier.

7. Receipt of the package and responsibility

The package is considered delivered at the moment it is handed over at the specified address. From this moment, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.

If the customer does not accept the package and it is returned, we will contact them regarding further steps.

8. Delivery delays

In case of significant delay, the customer may have the right to cancel the order in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

If the customer decides not to cancel the order, a new reasonable delivery date can be agreed upon.

Delays caused by the transport company or other circumstances beyond our control are not considered a breach of our obligations.

9. Delivery areas

We deliver packages to selected countries of the European Union and some other territories. The current list is available during ordering or in the customer section of the website.

Some products may have restrictions depending on the delivery location.

10. International shipments

For international orders, additional fees such as customs duties or taxes may apply, which are not included in the price of the goods. These fees are paid by the customer according to the legal regulations of the destination country.

The customer is obliged to comply with local laws regarding the import of goods. If the shipment does not have permission to enter the country, we cannot be held responsible for its detention or confiscation.
