Shipping & Returns
Below you will find the most common questions regarding shipping, returns, and exchanges of goods
How quickly will my order be sent?
Orders marked as in stock are usually shipped on the day of receipt or the next working day.
In exceptional cases (holidays, sales, high demand), shipping may take up to 3 working days.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the destination country. Approximately:
- Czech Republic: 1–3 working days
- Germany, Austria, Poland: about 2 working days
- Other EU countries: 2–7 working days
After sending the order, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available).
What should I do if I receive damaged or faulty goods?
If you receive a damaged or non-working product, contact us as soon as possible.
Send an email to europebuddys@gmail.com and include:
- order number
- a brief description of the problem
- photos or a short video of the defect
We will investigate the situation and usually respond within 24 hours with a proposed solution.
Can I return the goods if they do not suit me?
Yes. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, if:
- the goods have not been used
- they are unopened and in the original packaging
After contacting us by email, we will confirm the next steps.
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
What if I receive a different product or something is missing?
If:
- you receive the wrong product, or
- some items are missing from the package,
contact us by e-mail and include:
- order number
- description of the problem
- photographs of the delivered goods and packaging
After verification, we will offer an exchange, a new shipment, or other compensation.
What to do if a shipment is lost or marked as delivered but has not arrived?
If the shipment status does not change for a longer period, we recommend waiting a few working days first.
If the shipment is marked as delivered but has not been found:
- check the delivery location and neighbors
- then contact us by email
We will start an inquiry with the carrier and, after its completion, offer an appropriate solution.

How to create an order?
Choose the products that interest you, add them to the basket, and proceed to the checkout.
When completing the order, you will fill in the delivery details and choose the payment method. By sending the order, you confirm that you agree with our terms of trade.
How do I know that my order has been accepted?
After sending the order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail.
This confirmation is for informational purposes only. The purchase agreement is concluded only at the moment when we accept the order for processing or dispatch it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If the order has already been paid for and processed, changes may not be possible.
If you wish to modify or cancel the order, contact us as soon as possible by e-mail and provide the order number. We will try to find a suitable solution.
Why might my order be canceled?
We reserve the right to cancel the order especially in the following cases:
- technical or obvious pricing error,
- product unavailability,
- other objective reasons.
In such a case, we will inform you and any payment made will be refunded.
Who is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the order?
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery details.
We are not liable for complications caused by incorrect information or the inability to deliver for this reason.
